I loved dance ever since I can remember. If you would ask any of my friends, they would all tell you that I am the first one on the dancefloor.
I did some Street and Rap Dance when I was a teenager in the Atelier Anfás in Prague.
How it all started with the bellydancing? Well, I went to a concert of Natacha Atlas in2006 where I saw a bellydancer. And this dancer was czech dancer and teacher Atiya. I immediately searched for the nearest courses and found out that Atiya is the nearest one so I registered at her dance school.
As I got more and more
familiar with all the branches of Bellydance, I came across a video of Rachel Brice and The
Indigo...
And as god works in mysterious ways, I totaly fell for Tribal Bellydance, Tribal Fusion and Gothic Bellydance.
I started looking for Tribal-teachers and found only Bri Hurley who is teaching in Brno. But I found out that there will be a workshop with her in Prague soon.
That´s how I met my current teacher and dance-mentor, Katka "Galeb" Havelkova, who took me under her generous and warm wing and made me a member of the Jedová Růže tribe.
My current
inspirations are mainly Mardi Love and Rachel Brice. These two took Tribal Fusion to a whole
different level and thanks to them, Tribal Fusion is what it is today and will be
tomorow.
